CLOUD CAKES BY AUNTIE LOU
I was in high school when I started baking and it has always been a passion. However, with life’s twist and turn, I set this passion aside. I always have a sweet tooth for cakes but none of the cakes I had in my life impressed me. None of those cakes fall into my liking. I want a cake that I can savor the taste when it touches my palate and an icing that I can eat.
I decided one day to bring back the passion that I put aside and started baking again. I started baking from home in August of 2017. With all the compliment and motivation, I received from close friends and colleagues that had cake orders from me, I decided to take the home-based baking business seriously. Until then, orders kept increasing that I had to rent a commercial kitchen to be able to catch up with the demand. It was not easy keeping a fulltime Job and baking after 5pm until 12mn and it was not easy either to choose between being a Healthcare Coordinator and following my passion. Unable to serve two masters at the same time, I decided to keep one and follow what I really want to do for the rest of my life. Baking!!!!
